Because of the surge in COVID cases, we are suspending congregational singing indoors for now. But we have planned a very special - and safe - Christmas Eve service. We will gather at 5:30 pm around fire pits on the front lawn of Katonah UMC to hear the Christmas story from Luke 2, sing beloved carols, and hear a Christmas message from Pastor Melissa. Then we will go inside the sanctuary to hear organ and oboe Christmas music by candlelight, before returning outside with our candles to sing "Silent Night" together.
Dress warmly and bring a flashlight! Also bring a chair if you would like to sit by the fire for the approximately 20 minutes we will spend singing carols and hearing the Christmas message.
